MONROE HOUSING AUTHORITY residents from Family Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (Section-8) communities are eligible to apply for the Frank L. Wilcox Rising Scholars\u2019 Academic Scholarship Fund.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please pick up applications at any public housing manager’s office or download\/print<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Six Qualified students from MHA Family Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (Section-8) communities, will be chosen to receive a $2,000.00, one-time Scholarship Award for the current academic year!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and submit a completed application between February 12th and May 12th.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
