All utilities are the responsibility of the resident. Basic cable is provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Community amenities include professional lawn care, and pest control service. Convenience services are available including congregate lunches and housekeeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Community Center is conveniently located and filled with conveniences including a meeting room with game tables, resident computers with free internet access, a library, beauty salon, and fitness center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
