The ROSS program provides direct and connect career development, job and supportive service referrals for residents living in Monroe Housing Authority’s public housing communities.

Through partnership with the Children’s Coalition of Northeast Louisiana, Prime Time, Inc., United Way of Northeast Louisiana, Primary Health Services Center, Ouachita Industrialization Center (OIC), LA Delta Community College, University of Louisiana at Monroe, Workforce Development Board, Job Skills Institute, NOVA Workforce Institute of Northeast Louisiana, Ouachita Council on Aging, Senior Care Services, LSU AgCenter, and numerous other organizations, MHA’s ROSS program continues to provide residents with early childhood education opportunities, childcare services, youth services, adult basic literacy services, HiSet (GED) training and testing, higher education programs, career and technical training, job placement services, family enrichment programs, and many other programs and supportive services designed to help our residents reach their goals of economic self-sufficiency and aid our resident seniors in aging-in-place with dignity and respect.
