Hal H. Hinchliffe has served as Executive Vice President/Head of Real Estate Lending of Progressive Bank since June 2006 and as Senior Vice President/Head of Real Estate Lending from June 1998 to June 2006.
Mr. Hinchliffe was Senior Vice President/Senior Relationship Manager at Central Bank from 1986 to 1998, Senior Vice President at American Bank from 1983 to 1985, Assistant Vice President at Bank of New Orleans from 1981 to 1982 and Assistant Vice President at First National Bank of Commerce from 1978 to 1981.
Mr. Hinchliffe currently serves as a Commissioner of the Monroe Housing Authority Board as a Board member of the Monroe Housing Authority Properties for Retired Living as a member of both the Board of Trustees and the Strategic Planning Committee for the Louisiana Governor’s Mansion Foundation as former President and Board member of Monroe Home Ownership, Inc. and is a former member of the Board of Supervisors of the Louisiana State University System.
Mr. Hinchliffe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Louisiana State University.
He has served on the MHA Board since 2013.
