  • ZEGO Online Payment Processing may be utilized for payments made between the 1st and the 15th of each month.  Late fees still apply as per your lease if payment is not received by the 6th of the month.
  • Monroe Housing Authority does not accept partial payments.  If you have questions regarding the charges showing up on your account, please contact the Property Manager at your development and make alternative payment arrangements.
